Saluswear Subscription Rentals (the “Program”) allows you to rent a Saluswear GPS device. At the time of joining the Program, an eligible member joining the program (“you” or “Program Member”) may be charged a one-time non-refundable setup fee. A credit card is required to join the Program. A monthly Program fee will be charged to your credit card beginning upon delivery of the Saluswear GPS device and each month thereafter, and includes the cost of the device and services. All Program fees are set out in your Subscription Agreement.
Eligibility: The Program is only available in the Continental United States.
Terms & Cancel Anytime Policy: Each Program Member will enter into a Subscription Agreement, which can be canceled at any time on the saluswear Saluswear website. Your Agreement continues on a monthly basis until you cancel. Should you cancel, will need to return the device within (15) days. You will continue to be charged the monthly Program fee if the device is not recieved within 30 days of cancellation through no fault of Saluswear.
Other Terms & Conditions: In addition to these terms and conditions, Program Members must agree to be bound by Saluswear’s Terms of Service and Subscription Terms. The Program is void where prohibited. The Program may not be combined with any other offers from Saluswear. Saluswear may modify, suspend or cancel the Program at any time for any or no reason.
